Jubilee Ministries is a faith-supported, non-denominational, non-profit ministry, dedicated to demonstrating God's love to prisoners and their families all over the world - presenting to them the Good News of the Gospel - that lasting freedom & eternal pardon which is available only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jubilee volunteers also participate in outreaches to prisons throughout the U.S. and overseas. Chaplain Blomberg and his wife, Marilee, have ministered the Gospel in Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Israel, Sweden, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Scotland and England.
